ElderHelp Board Nomination Form

ElderHelp is excited to announce the opportunity for leaders to join our Board of Directors. Please complete all fields with as much detail as possible so we can assess how well this nominee matches our current needs. Completing this nomination form is the first of many steps and does not guarantee an invitation will be offered to join the ElderHelp Board of Directors. For the next cohort, board nominations will be accepted through July 1, 2024. Interviews will be conducted July-September with elections occurring in October. New board member orientation begins in January 2025.
