We are proud of our accomplishments from the past fiscal year (July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025):
- 5 Extra Years of Independence – ElderHelp clients transition into long-term care 5 years later than the national average.
- 12.5x Fewer Hospitalizations & 8x Fewer Falls – Our rates: 4% hospitalization (vs. 50% local average) and 3% falls (vs. 25% national average).
- Annual Healthcare Savings – Our preventive programs save an estimated $19.5 million in healthcare costs annually—that’s $13,512 per client. For every $1 invested in ElderHelp, we save the healthcare system approximately $10.
